The extraction of Bio-ethanol from banana and apple peelings through the process of Fermentation and Distillation

Purpose & Hypothesis

The primary purpose of the experiment was to observe in the event the common household wastes apple and clown peelings- had been suitable being used an additional source intended for production of bio-ethanol It had been hypothesized which the banana peelings would produce more bio-ethanol than the apple peelings because of its greater sum of sweets

Fermentation is a procedure in which strength is derived from the oxidation of organic chemical substances, therefore producing ethanol and carbon dioxide since waste by-products. Distillation is a process accustomed to separate several mixtures simply by heating a liquid until it finally boils, in that case capturing and cooling the vapor, and collecting this into condensed vapor
